Sorry . You have to pay it first . but we will return the sample fee when you put the order again (the whole container )

This stove is very easy to operate . they are automatic feeding and ignite. you only make sure there are enough pellet and installation the chimney pipe . if needs ,we can send you the operation manual and the video .

5. What's your guarantee time ?

the electrical part is one year .the other parts is three years . during this period , we can supply you the placement parts by express by free . you can receive it about 3-4 days .

6.What's your payment term ?

the sample order : 100% by TT in advance
